How Service Point EMS Works

From the first call to incident close — one integrated platform covering every step of emergency response

01

Incident is Reported or Dispatched

A call comes in — from the public via the SP Incident Reporter app, a 999/911 call, or a dispatcher creating an incident manually in the CAD. The system immediately assigns an incident number and priority level.

02

Units are Dispatched

The dispatcher selects the nearest available unit from the live command board. The vehicle and lead paramedic are assigned together. The crew receives the incident on their mobile app instantly.

03

Crew Responds & Documents On Scene

Field responders update status in real-time (responding → on scene → transporting). They fill in ePCR forms, record triage tags using START or SALT protocols, and capture photos.

04

Incident Closed & Reported

After handover, the incident is closed and all data syncs automatically. Command can review incident timelines, patient records, and response performance — and export to FHIR-compatible systems.

Everything Your Team Needs

Capabilities built specifically for the demands of emergency response — not generic software stretched to fit

Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD)

Real-time incident command board with live unit status, GPS positions, and one-tap dispatch. Supports multi-unit MCI coordination.

ePCR & Triage Forms

Digital pre-hospital care records with START and SALT triage protocol support. Capture patient vitals, history, and treatment — even offline.

Vehicle Telemetry

Live GPS tracking, speed monitoring, and status updates for every vehicle in your fleet. Vehicle-to-driver pairing enforced at dispatch.

Public Incident Reporting

The free SP Incident Reporter app lets anyone report emergencies with GPS, photos, and incident type — no account required. Reports flow directly into your dispatch queue.

MCI Protocol Support

Mass Casualty Incident workflows with patient triage tracking, sector assignments, and resource coordination across multiple units.

FHIR Interoperability

Export patient records in HL7 FHIR format for handover to receiving hospitals, health information exchanges, and regulatory reporting.

Response Analytics

Track response times, unit utilisation, and incident trends. Drill down by incident type, location, crew, and shift.

Offline-First Mobile

All mobile capabilities work without connectivity. Data queues locally and syncs automatically when signal returns — critical for rural and disaster response.
